Welcome to Jameson Cozy Place, a warm and spacious vacation rentals located in Ocoee, Florida. Our beautiful home is justĀ 20 mins from Walt Disney World Resort. This four-bedroom, two-bath home was thoughtfully prepared to give guests a place that feels calm, comfortable, and easy to settle into, whether you are visiting with family, friends, or for work.
The home offers generous living spaces, modern conveniences, and a relaxed indoor-outdoor flow that suits Florida living. Everything is arranged with comfort in mind, from the bedrooms to the shared spaces where guests can gather, unwind, and enjoy time together.
THE BEDROOMS
- The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with soft, plush bedding, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. It is designed as a quiet space to fully rest and recharge.
- SecondĀ bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed with quality linens, ample closet space, and a cozy setup ideal for extended stays.
- Third Bedroom Bright and welcoming, this room offers a queen-size bed with high-quality linens and convenient storage.
- Fourth Bedroom Furnished with a queen-size bed and stylish dƩcor, this bedroom is located near the second bathroom for easy access.
OTHER ROOMS
- The living room is open, inviting, and perfect for spending time together. It includes comfortable seating for everyone, a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming or remote work.
- Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everyday essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area seats up to eight guests comfortably, with a breakfast bar available for casual meals or morning coffee.
- The home includes two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries. The primary bathroom features dual sinks and a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom includes a tub and shower combination.
- Step outside and enjoy the private patio, outdoor seating, and backyard area. The space is perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining, or family cookouts using the barbecue grill. A private pool is also available for guests to enjoy during their stay. Please note that the pool is not heated.

In 2023, my family and I decided to turn our second home into a short-term rental. We wanted it to be more than just a place to sleep. We wanted it to feel warm, calm, and easy to settle into.
I bring 7 years of business experience and 12 years of medical experience into everything I do as a host. I understand that booking a home online requires trust, and my goal is to make your stay simple, stress free, and comfortable from start to finish.
